The registration fee

Bhavsar Vivah Sanstha charges a one-time registration fee of ₹99. Your profile is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. From then on you can use the service: your profile is visible to registered members and you can search, keep a wishlist and send requests.

When you will get a refund

We refund the full fee in these cases:

Money deducted but profile not activated: the payment was taken from your account, but your profile was not activated within 24 hours.
Paid twice: the fee was charged more than once for the same profile. The extra payment is refunded.
Failed payment: the payment failed but money was still deducted. These are normally reversed automatically by your bank or by Razorpay within 5–7 working days, without you having to ask.

When the fee is not refunded

After your profile has been activated, the fee is not refunded if you change your mind, hide your profile, delete your account, or find a match (through this service or elsewhere).
If the samaj suspends or deletes a profile because it breaks our Terms & Conditions (for example false information or misuse of other members' details).

Cancellation

There is no subscription to cancel: the fee is paid only once. You can stop using the service at any time by hiding your profile or deleting your account from My profile on the matrimony pages.

How to ask for a refund

Contact us within 7 days of the payment, using the details below.
Include the email address you registered with, the date of payment, and the Razorpay payment ID or order ID from your payment confirmation (or a screenshot of the payment).
We will reply within 3 working days. If the refund is approved, it is sent to the same account, card or UPI ID you paid from, and normally reaches you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
